Just Move Out - Eviction Call

There's nothing on Earth to harder to deal with other than home renters that simple can't afford to pay the monthly rent. We rent our South Florida home to a couple in a time when we were 2 months behind on the mortgage. We rent them the house for $1700.00 per month and they moved in May 2007. The only payment that was made on time was the very first one.

Now that we're on the foreclosure border line, we have decided the best thing to do is ask the renters to move out and sell the house for less than it's worth. As of July 5, 2007 we placed a 3 day notice on the door asking for a the rent money for the previous month. When that time is up, we plan to take action with the local courts. There's simply no time to waste trying to collect from the renters.
