According to a news article on WALB.com, "an Albany man is facing a 22 count indictment for illegally trafficking firearms to Haiti.

Waking Vincent is being held in the Dougherty County Jail without bond. In July, Vincent told Dougherty County Police nine shotguns, rifles and handguns had been stolen from his home. Police say they later learned Vincent packed the guns inside a hollowed out television and shipped to a home in Miami.

Investigators say he later drove to Miami and tried to pay someone to transport the TV stuffed with guns to Haiti and other Caribbean countries."
