I Just bought two dozen eggs from Walmart that should last for 4 days.. I'm boiling 1 dozen eggs now and I'll have a half dozen for breakfast without the yolk (the yellow part). Egg whites are full of good proteins the body needs to build muscle and repair muscles. Most Latin-Americans and even Haitian you do not even know what the ethnicity of a Haitian is.
