BRASILIA, Brazil (AP) -- Canada and Brazil are talking about helping third-world countries such as Haiti to produce biofuels, a top adviser to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said Wednesday. Canada's Governor General Michaelle Jean, who was born in Haiti, took up the subject with Silva during a visit to the Brazilian capital, international affairs adviser Marco Aurelio Garcia told reporters.
