CARICOM and OAS are Sending Election Observers to Haiti

CARICOM and the Organisation of American States (OAS), are sending a joint team of more than 150 observers to Haiti to prepare for legislative and presidential elections on November 28. They will be responsible for monitoring the election process before, during and after. An initial group of observers is scheduled to arrive in Haiti at the beginning of next month.
