Wyclef Jean suffered a gunshot wound to the hand Saturday evening, The Associated Press reports. Jean claims he stepped out of his car to take a telephone call when the incident occurred. “The way I can explain it is that the bullet grazed me in my right hand,” Jean told the AP in a telephone interview.
